Recipes from the Great Dixter Kitchen

In 2020 in response to the Coronavirus pandemic Great Dixter launched a series of online lectures on Zoom. These are now all available to watch online on demand on Vimeo.

Aaron will provide an insight into the history of the Great Dixter Kitchen, which is used to cater for house guests and Symposium attendees as it was in Christopher Lloyd’s time.

Aaron (author of The Great Dixter Cookbook and Grow Fruit & Vegetables in Pots) will then take you through the produce that is grown at Great Dixter and illustrate some of the recipes that he makes from these harvested ingredients. The lecture will finish with a live demonstration in which he will cook a starter, main course and pudding using Dixter produce.
