The Great Dixter Vegetable Garden

In 2020 in response to the Coronavirus pandemic Great Dixter launched a series of online lectures on Zoom. These are now all available to watch online on demand on Vimeo.

In this lecture on the Great Dixter Vegetable Garden, Aaron will take you through the process of how vegetables and soft fruit are grown at Great Dixter. The lecture is based on Aaron's first book, The Great Dixter Cookbook and will cover seed selection, sowing and growing techniques, along with information on harvesting, cooking and eating. Aaron will cover a year in the garden from November and will briefly incorporate some of the recipes from the book.
