The effect of Covid 19 on Great Dixter’s income has been significant – as of August 2020, visitor numbers are over 30,000 down on 2019. With this in mind we ask those that can, to contribute to a Lockdown Fund to help the Trust compensate for some of this loss.

2. The Art of Great Dixter Auction

We wish to thank all those who contributed to The Art of Great Dixter Auction by either bidding or donating. The Auction highlighted the strong association that Great Dixter has with artists and makers and the Trust would like to thank them for so generously donating their work. The proceeds from the auction have gone towards the Lockdown Fund.
