This symposium includes the following:

  • Succession planting and extending the season
  •  Nursery propagation, seed sowing and understanding composts
  •  Meadows and meadow gardening
  •  Timetabling of tasks
  •  Sub-tropical gardening
  •  Staking and tying
  • Composts, border soil improvement and composting

Also includes:

  • An in-depth tour of the house with an insight into how garden and house intertwine
  • Suppers in the House with time for discussion with members of the Great Dixter team

Accommodation and meals are included within the price of the course, which is £3200. A place can be secured by payment of a deposit of £650 with payment of the balance being due 8 weeks before the symposium start date.
