Allium Globemaster

Perhaps the most impressive and persistent of all the drumstick Alliums. Has wide greenish, strap-like leaves and sturdy stems, above which sit large, tight knit, round, mauve heads the size of grapefruit. The heads get smaller from one year to another as the bulb splits into clusters – easily remedied by dividing and replanting. Sterile. Hardy. June. 1m. H7.
