The Arkansas Blue Star is native to the Ouachita Mountains of central Arkansas. Narrow needle-like leaves make a billowing mass of green on a clumping perennial, which plays host to a sprinkling of powdery blue flowers in spring. The foliage turns golden yellow and looks stunning in autumn. Hardy. April-May. 60cm. H7.
