Assistant Chef Manager

Are you passionate about food, love creating menu ideas, would thrive in a fast paced kitchen and would enjoy the challenge of managing the day to day operation of a small café?

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Chef Manager who would love to utilise their skills surrounded by the beautiful gardens of Great Dixter. You would assist the Catering Manager in managing the daily operations of our Loggia Café, including the scheduling and training of staff, preparing food, ordering supplies, contributing to the development of seasonal and daily specials and interacting with our lovely visitors.
